Anti-Spam Policy
CRS Global prohibits the advertising or promotion of the crsglobal.net domain, our web site, or any of our services through unsolicited bulk or commercial electronic messages. This prohibition applies without exception to our employees, contractors, partners, resellers, affiliates, and any third party acting on our behalf.
Prohibited practices
Specifically, we prohibit:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email that mentions, links to, or advertises crsglobal.net
- Purchasing, renting, leasing, harvesting, or trading email address lists
- Engaging any third party, marketing agency, or lead generation service that sends unsolicited email referencing our domain
- Operating any affiliate or referral program that permits unsolicited email promotion
- Sending commercial email to any recipient who has not established a business relationship with CRS Global or has not otherwise consented to receive it
- Concealing, forging, or misrepresenting the origin of any message sent from our domain
Our commercial email standards
All commercial email sent by CRS Global identifies the sender clearly, uses accurate subject lines and headers, and provides a functioning means of opting out of future messages. Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days.
Enforcement
Violations of this policy by employees or contractors are grounds for disciplinary action up to and including termination. Violations by partners or third parties are grounds for immediate termination of the business relationship.
Reporting abuse
Reports of suspected abuse involving the crsglobal.net domain may be sent to abuse@crsglobal.net. We investigate all reports and respond within 5 business days.
