CRS Global grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Software and Services solely for your internal business operations.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell our software unless expressly authorized.
5.2 Service Availability
CRS Global strives to maintain 99% uptime (excluding planned maintenance or circumstances beyond our control).
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue features as necessary.
5.3 User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Software to:
Upload or share harmful, illegal, or unauthorized content.
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others.
Circumvent security features or attempt unauthorized access.
5.4 Data & Content
You retain ownership of all data you input into our Services.
By using our Services, you grant CRS Global a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process such data solely for providing the Services.
CRS Global implements strong security practices but is not liable for breaches caused by user negligence (e.g., weak passwords, improper access controls).
5.5 Subscriptions & Payments
Software may be offered under subscription plans. Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be disclosed at purchase.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of service.
Unless otherwise specified, subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled by the user.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Website, Services, and Software remain with CRS Global or its licensors.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with or link to third-party tools. We are not responsible for their availability, security, or policies.
8. Payments & Refunds
All fees must be paid in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Refunds, if available, will be subject to specific service terms.

10. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
CRS Global does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure operation.
No advice or information from CRS Global creates a warranty.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
CRS Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Liability shall not exceed the total fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRS Global, its affiliates, and employees from claims or damages arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law
North America (excluding Mexico): Laws of the United States.
Mexico & LATAM: Laws of Mexico.
Europe: GDPR and applicable local EU member state law.
Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Services after changes implies acceptance.
